Wellvene Secure Lock Hold Open Sleeve

Wellvene’s Secure Lock Hold Open Protection Sleeve is a low-cost lockin sleeve that protects DHSV seal bores from wire or coil damage during intervention operations.

DESCRIPTION

On wells with damaged or leaking TRSSSV control lines, the sleeve provides a means of holding open the flapper valve to allow safe access below DHSV depth. Additionally the sleeve provides a means of protecting the seal bores from damage caused by wireline or coil tubing runs.

• Designed to suit any nipple profile size and type
• Protects seal bores and holds flapper valve in the open position
• Can be designed / supplied to accommodate upper and lower seal stacks where isolation of control line may be required

• Secure Lock Collet Fingers to securely hold in position
• Set and retrieved on a standard GS running/pulling tool complete with Set Verification Sub
• Appropriate material specification and pressure rating provided to suit well conditions and operational requirements
